Senate Finally Confirms Amaechi as Minister Federal Republic of Nigeria

The Senate has finally approved the nomination of Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi as Minister of the Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The Senate rejects the report of the House Committee on Ethics and Privileges to confirm the embattled former Governor of Rivers State on Thursday. However PDP members who had threatened to disown President of the Senate Bukola Saraki should he confirm Amaechi begged to exit the Senate Chamber as they took their bags and left the Senate Gallery.
